I never really knew how much pain came out of an unhealthy relationship.
When lies are fed into our hearts and we start to believe in them, there is no way of turning back.
But then there is hope and love and forgiveness and grace that waits for us--with outstretched hands.
His love is waiting for us to grab a hold of His hand, and for us to say, "Yes, I give up everything and I will follow You."
Only God's love has the power to bring dying hearts out of death and back into life.
Only His love has the power to turn selfish, self-seeking hearts into beautiful, pure homes for Him to dwell and rule.
He is our heart's rightful King.
All glory and power belong to the one who loves us with kindness, patience and a jealous fire.
He desires after our hearts so bad.
The world only wants to fulfill its greedy, self-loathing needs and wants.
God only wants what is best for us.
And what is best for us is being in Him.
We are satisfied, genuinely happy and in our rightful place when we are with Him.
There is no place one would rather be.
That is just a fact.
It still hurts, but hurts good, knowing that in order to do the right thing, we have to turn away from what we want.
Because honestly, the things we want for ourselves most times will destroy us.
The things in our hearts, when not in line with God's will, will slowly kill us inside.
Death does not hold back. It just seeks to steal, kill and destroy.
There is no mercy or justification. It is just pure evil.
But my God is greater. His love beat death.
His love is so great that it overcame death! Think about that.
The force and pull of His love is stronger than the pull of the moon's force which cause the tides to rise and fall.
This means no matter how far we get lost or how messed up we think we are, His love can pull us out.
His love pulled us out of our death and He now calls us His own.
We are in good hands.
How good it is to be in the Father's love.
Where else would we rather be?
Taste once and you will never want to leave.
I believe in His love for me and that He is so good.
That is why I have chosen to lay down everything of mine and take up everything that is His.
His life for me and being with Him is so much better than the life in this world.
Nothing can ever compare.
Having to leave this world behind to run after eternal and invisible things is not an easy task.
Take heed. Only a few will go with you, but they will all endure and finish the race because our God is a good God.
Our God is faithful to the end.
We shouldn't fear the problems in our life. We should be fearing the God who can solve all of those problems.
We make our problems and fears everything in our life. We let it consume our thoughts and lifestyle.
What we should really be doing is making the God who can do anything be our everything.
